We are hiring Business Development Officer, Remittance and FX Sales, in Hong Kong to work closely with the Area Manager in building the Universal Express Services business operations in Hong Kong.:

• Engagement with other MSO’s and customers in Hong Kong for building P2P remittance and FX sales Business

• Handholding customers for KYC process and responding to product and services queries mostly India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepali Customers

• Ensure quality information collection and reporting with relation to development of business and operations with verified facts and figures

• Building a steady and consistent rapport with MSO Partner’s, Corporates and identify other enablers

• Building and implementing social media strategy to boost achievement of sales target

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Officer in Hong Kong will broadly include the following:

• Ensuring a well-organized, presentable and matured personality

• Ensuring proper management and maintenance of records and reporting regular sales reports

• To engage and maintain good reputation with other departments

• To maintain and submit sales plan report, maintain daily sales reports and prepare self-assessment report as per agreed KPI’s

• To communicate and support operational and business development initiatives through written and verbal communications over various mediums with related parties

• To assist/coordinate with operations and compliance team during engagement with customers

• To work on self-development and achieve goals set forth by the management

There will be a performance review every month.

The candidate should be:

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University 

• Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development in the MSO industry

• Should be open to work on Sundays or public holidays if situation demands (Will be compensated with off on alternative working days)

• Should be a permanent residency permit holder in Hong Kong

• Must have language proficiency of English, Hindi/Urdu and Bengali
